Hughes Memorial Weekly Update -Tuesday, May 14

Calling all WOMEN of Hughes!!!

Join us Sunday, May 19, 2019 as we celebrate Women's Day. There will be a special Women's Day Choir, a guest minister-Min. Wanda Fletcher, light refreshments immediately after Morning Service and LOVE. We really need your presence and support. And, of course, we always welcome the support of our Men of Hughes. Thank you. The 2019 Women's Day Planning Committee.

Also, we will hold a reception for Pastor Paul during Fellowship Hour welcoming anyone wanting to share gifts or cards, there will be a table for that.

Memory Verse
"He said, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest."
 - Exodus 33:14

Thought For the Week
 Our Journey Continues ...

Weekly prayer for the Homeless

DEUTERONOMY 6:10-12
The houses will be stocked with goods you did not produce.  You will draw water from cisterns you did not dig, and you will eat from vineyards and olive trees you did not plant.  When you have eaten your fill in this land, be careful not to forget the LORD, who rescued you from slavery.

PRAYER: We thank you Lord, for all you give us and all you do for us.  We owe our very lives to you.  We realize that we are not doing life on our own.  It is only by Your grace that we receive the things we have.  We thank you in a mighty way as we give you worship, our love, and most of all we give you our lives.  All this we pray in Your Blessed Name.  Amen.
