Thought For the Week
  When we are connected to one another and God
  through prayer...The Holy Spirit knocks down
  the barriers that keep us divided.  
   
    
 Community Prayer 
  • Prayers for the family of Lillian Scott,Yvonne Stitt, Darryl Munson, Sabrina Richardson, Pauline Woolfolk, Jacqueline Burnette, Gwen Hoover, Connie Powell, Sharmayne Miller, Carol Bain and all of our members who are mourning the loss of a loved one.
  • Prayers for William Eley and all of our members who are homebound.
  • Prayers for all children and youth during this school year especially for the children who are missing.

                Join us for Women’s Day worship service where the Reverend Angela Martin of the Washington Annual Conference of the Second Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church will be our guest preacher.



                Dr. Josie Hoover of Westphalia United Methodist will minister through Liturgical Dance.



                The Women's Day choir, Sisters of Hughes, under the direction of Minister Josepha Hammond, will provide ministry in music. 



                Also, pick up a mason jar for PROJECT ROUND UP. For every purchase you make, round up the loose change to the next dollar and put it in your jar. Turn in the change as a donation to Women’s Day.
