  • Prayers for Sabrina Richardson, Pauline Woolfolk, Jacqueline Burnette, Gwen Hoover, Connie Powell, Sharmayne Miller, Carol Bain and all of our members who are mourning the loss of a loved one.
  • Prayers for Raymond Stitt, William Eley and all of our members who are homebound.
  • Prayers for all children and youth during this school year especially for the children who are missing.

    Inclement Weather Policy: During weekdays we will follow the local school system. So, if D.C. Public Schools are closed then the church is closed. During the weekend if the church is closed the voice mail greeting will indicate we are closed, we will also post the closing on our Facebook page and the church website and an e-mail will be sent. Be safe and always exercise caution while traveling.

        Prom time is quickly approaching for those young ladies that are in need of a prom gown or dress but may not be able to purchase at full price we are selling dresses for $10.00 and gowns for $20.00.
        (All proceeds will go to the winner of the essay contest)

        All young ladies are encouraged to enter the essay contest.
        Essay Subject: Why is Education Important to Me?

        ·         The winner will get her gown and the doors to the closet will

                   be opened to her 1hr before the others can enter.
        ·         She will also get her hair, nails done and accessories
                   purchased.




        The essays are due by Friday, March 3, 2017 6:00PM sharp.
